Job Objective • The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving leads, sales and customer acquisition through digital channels for Pragmatic Technologies. Tasks and Responsibilties Campaign Management: • Oversee paid campaigns Meta + Google • Work with external ad specialists • Optimize performance weekly Lead Generation: • Ensure steady flow of qualified leads • Improve cost per lead • Launch new campaigns CRM & Sales Alignment: • Manage lead flow into Zoho One • Ensure all leads are followed up • Track conversion rates Website & Store Performance: • Improve conversion rates
