About this role

Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day pastoral care and supervision for boarding students, ensuring their safety, welfare, and wellbeing at all times. Supervise student daily routines, including wake-up, meals, prep/study time, and lights-out. Foster a warm, disciplined, and home-like environment within the boarding house. Monitor students' physical and emotional wellbeing, and promptly escalate any health or welfare concerns. Enforce boarding house rules and standards of conduct in line with the school's policies.
