About this role
Responsibilities: Ensure an effective & efficient maintenance strategy in the management of FICC facilities. Plan and prepare budgets for all construction, installation, supplies and repair works in the Centre for review and approval by Management Ensure that all electrical, plumbing and mechanical facilities of the Centre are working well at all times Handle the procurement of general office maintenance facilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of machineries, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems in the premises Prepare appropriate reports for presentation in Board meeting
