Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Own the daily operational rhythm — morning data verification, platform checks, end-of-day ingestion, evening brief review — without requiring escalation to the CEO Act as first line of accountability when team members miss scheduled tasks Maintain the daily operations log and produce a weekly performance report for the CEO Technology Stack Management: Own the day-to-day health of the company's technology infrastructure — Windows Server VPS environment, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), automated data pipelines, and the trading operation
