About this role

build the templates and design systems the team uses, and serving as the go-to resource that elevates the work while mentoring designers and reviewing output. You'll work within the design team led by the Art Director, alongside the motion and editing leads.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Set the design standard. Produce best-in-class static ads, display/resize banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards that define the quality bar.• Help build design systems. Establish reusable templates, components, and naming conventions that keep a high-volume operation consistent and fast.• Elevate and mentor.
