Responsibilities: Order Management & Quality Control: Receive and log all vendor orders arriving at our hub Inspect every item against the customer's order, verifying quantity, condition, and accuracy Flag and escalate any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly Ensure items are properly sorted, labelled, and organised for shipment consolidation Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to follow up on pending or delayed orders Communicate clearly with vendors on packaging requirements and quality standards Build and maintain positive working relationships with the vendor network Ship
