About this role

Responsibilities: Daily routine checks of all common areas' HVAC (Heat. Ventilation and air & cooling-related works. Maintain service records of all AC’s & Refrigerators Carry out a monthly inventory of all R&A materials in store. Repair of any R&A-related faults Other duties assigned Requirements: Minimum of a secondary school certificate A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in related field Proof of Trade Test Certificate Must be able to speak English and write well Must be able to prepare report at the appropriate period Remuneration: NGN 164,000 - 220,000 Monthly
