About this role

This role manages end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations for RxAll's own-brand pharmaceutical products, including sourcing from contract manufacturers, securing regulatory approvals, and overseeing inventory and distribution across the pharmacy network. The ideal candidate has 8 to 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Nigeria or West Africa with proven success navigating NAFDAC registration processes and established relationships with contract manufacturers. A standout requirement is demonstrating direct experience filing and landing NAFDAC product registrations, as this will be critical to launching the company's pilot products within the first 90 days.
