Responsibilities: Lead all kitchen operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food. Develop menus, recipes, costing, and food presentation standards. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff. Maintain HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and purchasing.
