Responsibilities: . Carry out daily field visits to markets and business locations to engage merchants and generate leads . Introduce and sell OnCRE’s solution in a simple and relatable way . Onboard and register merchants accurately . Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients in the field . Identify and approach corporate clients and structured businesses . Prepare and present proposals where required . Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads across both segments . Take ownership of client acquisition and deal closure . Provide basic support after onboarding, where needed . Submit
