About this role

Program Officers will manage development projects and research initiatives, including creating project plans, producing technical reports, organizing stakeholder meetings, and overseeing field implementation across education, governance, gender, digital rights, or economic empowerment sectors. Candidates should hold a Master's or PhD in Social Sciences, Education, Law, Development Studies, or related fields with at least 3 years of direct experience in development programming.
