Responsibilities: Supervise daily milling operations Monitor machine performance and production output Ensure milling operators follow safety procedures Schedule machine maintenance and repairs Train and guide milling operators Ensure product quality standards are maintained Prepare production and operational reports Requirements: Minimum of HND in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or related field 3+ years’ experience in milling or manufacturing operations Strong leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of milling machines and production processes
