Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results. • Market loans to target audience for portfolio growth. • Supervise loan form documentation and follow through to disbursement. • Meet/exceed sales target on a regular basis. • Achieve sales volume in a profitable manner. • Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement. • Constant rendition of periodic activity reports. Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
