Responsibilities: Growth Marketing: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase enquiries, leads and sales. Build, lead and motivate a results-driven marketing and sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement and achieving monthly revenue targets of NGN10 million and above. Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels.
