Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality intercontinental meals. Maintain food quality and consistency. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards. Manage food preparation stations. Minimise food waste and control inventory. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of continental and intercontinental cuisine. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Culinary certification is an added advantage. Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly
