Responsibilities: Shipment & Logistics Management: Receive, inspect and document all incoming shipments (containers, bulk cargo, and smaller consignments). Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, Bills of Lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, Certificates of Analysis, and related paperwork. Track and follow up on upcoming and in-transit shipments from origin to final delivery. Monitor vessel schedules, estimated times of arrival (ETA), and any delays, escalating issues promptly.
