Responsibilities: Community Building & Growth: Own audience organically across Instagram, TikTok, and email Drive sustainable growth through UGC campaigns, community challenges, and chef-led content Build systems and structures that reduce reliance on paid advertising over time Identify and nurture micro-community hubs, chefs, food lovers, and engaged followers who can become brand advocates Daily Community Engagement: Manage all inbound activity across platforms daily: comments, DMs, mentions, and reposts Respond to comments and DMs within 12–24 hours with thoughtful, on-brand replies Act
