About this role

Zur Verstärkung unserer IT-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) . Sie sind erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Problemen und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung der IT-Systeme. Aufgaben Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs. Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten. Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen Qualifikation Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle Kenntnisse
