Responsibilities: Bus Payments: Collect and verify payments from drivers Monitor assigned buses Chase drivers for outstanding payments and log all communications Vehicle Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor and check bus trackers to ensure all trackers assigned to buses are online and active Report any unusual activity or discrepancies Reporting: Submit verified payments to online bus payment forms Submit accurate online forms and upload all necessary evidence (payment & expenses) Escalate any field or operational issues to the CEO when needed Bus Inspections: Complete monthly bus inspection
