Commercial Manager

About this role

Responsibilities: Manage project contracts, budgets, costs, and commercial activities. Prepare tenders, quotations, valuations, and commercial reports. Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance. Manage variations, claims, invoices, and payment processes. Review subcontractor and supplier commercial agreements. Negotiate with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Identify commercial risks and implement cost-control measures. Liaise with project and finance teams to ensure projects remain commercially viable. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in quantity surveying
