About the role As our AI Operations Lead, you will drive the execution of our internal AI strategy and fundamentally transform the way software is built across our organization. Working primarily with our DevOps team and the wider tech department — and in close collaboration with our internal vibe-coding stakeholders — you operate and evolve our central AI infrastructure across all tech squads, and act as a close architectural sparring partner to our VP of Engineering.
