About this role

You will build and operate agentic AI workflows that speed up software development by orchestrating AI agents and designing reliable environments for them to work, rather than building AI models themselves. You are a hands-on engineer who can establish spec-driven development practices, create evaluation frameworks for AI-generated code, and lead engineering teams through this operational shift by modeling the new approach.
