This Digital Data Analyst role involves analyzing customer and digital data across Mitchells & Butlers' 1,600+ locations to provide insights that drive marketing performance and commercial outcomes for their portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable working with large datasets and modern analytics tools to support both day-to-day optimization and longer-term strategy. The position requires experience building dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing and brand teams, based from their Birmingham head office on a hybrid basis.
