Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and unit sales targets. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Drive the sale of luxury apartments, penthouses and serviced residences. Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to maximise revenue opportunities. Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, private investors, corporate organisations and real estate brokers. Identify new market opportunities
