Responsibilities: Supervise daily laundromat operations. Coordinate and monitor staff activities and schedules. Receive and attend to customers professionally. Ensure clothes and laundry items are properly received, processed, packaged, and delivered. Monitor washing, drying, folding, and ironing processes. Maintain accurate customer orders and payment records Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly Monitor the use and condition of laundry equipment. Manage basic POS and phone transactions Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs. Ensure the facility remains clean
