About this role

Responsibilities: Crewing and Recruitment: Recruit, screen, and coordinate suitable crew members for company vessels. Maintain an updated database of crew members and potential candidates. Coordinate crew changes, mobilisation, and demobilisation. Monitor staffing levels and ensure all vessels are adequately manned. Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners.
