About this role

Responsibilities: Documenting and reporting client complaints and equipment status (fail to report, etc) to the customer service team and technical team. Attend to verified emergency signals and dispatch relevant first responders (police, fire department, and ambulance) to such locations. Monitoring security patrol activities through use of tracking system and radio communication (every hour) in all zones Assist customer service staff in retrieving clients’ details from the monitoring computer.
