About this role

Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, record, and properly store food products, ingredients, and other supplies. Issue stock to the kitchen and other departments based on approved requests while maintaining accurate records. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic store, including proper management of cold storage and food products.
