About this role

This position involves installing and implementing accounting software, training clients on its use, and providing technical support by resolving issues and documenting problems for escalation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or computer science with one to two years of customer support experience, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with Sage software is considered advantageous for this on-site role in Lagos.
