Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: GRA, Ikeja Salary: 200k Job Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities Sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities Communicate effectively with candidates (emails, calls, follow-ups, status updates) Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases Support end-to-end recruitment processes. Build and maintain strong relationships
