Reddit Careers & Jobs

Reddit is hiring for specialized roles in machine learning and technical product management, both focused on ads systems. The Staff Machine Learning Engineer position involves foundational work on ad representations, while the Staff Technical Product Manager role centers on the ads ML platform.

Both positions are remote and open to candidates worldwide, with no geographic restrictions. The Staff Engineer role is available as a contract position, while the product management opening is full-time.

These openings suit experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in machine learning, ads technology, or technical product strategy. Candidates should have the expertise to work independently on complex, platform-level problems.
