About this role

This remote role on Spotify's Enterprise AI team involves designing, building, and operating the secure internal platform that connects AI models, agents, and tools to Spotify's systems, including its MCP gateway, governance and access controls, and backend services. The position suits a senior engineer who can own large workstreams from design through production operation, balancing reliability, security, and long-term maintainability while partnering with stakeholders across the company. A standout requirement is ownership of the services one builds, meaning the engineer is expected to run what they create in production rather than hand it off.
