About this role

This senior management role leads the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads at Grafana Labs, owning their performance, delivery, and customer outcomes across dashboards, visualisation, navigation, search, and sharing for the open-source Grafana observability product. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader who can guide teams that build the foundations and user-facing experiences used by both internal engineers and external plugin developers, and who works well in a fully remote, globally distributed company. A standout requirement is ownership of the performance and delivery outcomes of the squads, as well as the frontend platform that other teams and community contributors depend on.
