About this role

This remote role based in Ireland manages an assigned portfolio of EMEA customer renewals, tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure through consultative customer conversations. It suits a self-directed individual contributor who works within defined frameworks, takes direction from senior renewals managers, and is comfortable having outputs reviewed. A notable requirement is that all team members are expected to incorporate AI tools into their daily workflows.
