About this role

This senior machine learning role on Quora's Ads team covers the full ads lifecycle, including ad targeting, ranking and auction dynamics, and quality measurement, with work shipped through continuous deployment. The position is remote-first and open to candidates in Canada, Ireland, and the USA, suited to engineers who want autonomy and who enjoy running experiments and iterating quickly. A standout requirement is ownership of end-to-end machine learning systems that directly affect product performance and company revenue.
