About this role

Build the pharmacy business that powers the next generation of Medicare Advantage. Clover is building more than a dispensing operation. We are building a strategic healthcare business that can improve access, medication experience, and outcomes for Medicare Advantage members. As the General Manager, Pharmacy, you will assume end-to-end accountability for the build, licensing, performance, evolution, and long-term growth of Clover's pharmacy business. You will own the P&L, 0 to 1 pharmacy build plan, ongoing operating plan, growth agenda, organization, scaling roadmap, and member experience
