About this role

Hims & Hers is hiring a remote Staff Frontend Engineer to lead architecture and standards for the frontend of its pharmacy operations and order fulfillment platform, working across engineering, product, and design teams. The role suits an experienced, self-driven engineer who can set technical direction, align teams on shared frameworks and coding practices, and guide responsible use of AI in development. A standout requirement is the expectation to lead scalable, maintainable front end architecture for a system that must be safe, reliable, and adaptable as the business grows.
