About this role

This founding role involves building a dating platform's MVP from scratch, with responsibility for both frontend and backend architecture, technical decisions, and collaborating with product and design teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack engineer comfortable owning the entire technical foundation, making independent engineering choices, and establishing development practices for a new company. A standout requirement is proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Next.js on the frontend paired with Node.js and either NestJS or Express.js on the backend, along with PostgreSQL and Prisma for database work.
