Responsibilities: Works on assigned leads from the Sales Coordinator: responds to WhatsApp/DM/call inquiries, providing valuable information to potential customers; shares vehicle listings, pricing, and shipping timelines. Walks customers through the buying process — vehicle selection, published all-in pricing, payment, and handoff to the Shipping/Clearance Coordinator.
