About this role

The Franchise Success Manager II at Toast serves as the main point of contact for franchisees and locations across a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant brands, owning requests from intake through resolution and escalating unresolved issues to completion. The role works alongside a Senior Customer Success Manager on account strategy, retention, and identifying upsell and churn risk, while coordinating with Support, Product, Solutions, Onboarding, and Billing teams. Candidates should be organized, self-directed problem solvers who build strong franchisee relationships and are comfortable taking single-point ownership of complex, previously unseen issues.
