About this role

The Engineering Manager, Switchboard leads a fullstack team of frontend, backend, and reliability engineers that builds and runs the customer-facing control panel for GitLab Dedicated, covering tenant management, self-service, and workflow automation across the company's large tenant fleet. The role suits an engineering leader who can set technical direction, hire and develop people, and coordinate closely with a product manager to deliver and evolve a product end to end. A notable requirement is ownership of both the delivery and the growth of a cross-disciplinary team, alongside the expectation that all team members incorporate AI into their daily work.
