About this role

The Partner Program Manager at GitLab designs and runs global partner programs covering areas such as sourcing, services, adoption, renewals, and marketplace motions, making them clear and measurable for partners and sellers across regions. The role is a strategic individual contributor position that leads through expertise and influence rather than direct management, suiting someone comfortable translating ecosystem strategy into repeatable processes. A standout requirement is the expectation that all team members incorporate AI into their daily workflows to improve efficiency and impact.
