About this role

Smartling's Solution Architect leads technical integrations and implementations for customers of its AI-driven translation platform, gathering requirements, designing scalable localization solutions, and running workshops to resolve complex issues. The role suits an engineering-minded professional with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions who can explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. A standout requirement is the expectation of a strong technical background, with candidates limited at this time to those based in the Eastern and Central time zones.
