About this role

The Role We Need PadSplit runs on data, from Growth and Operations to Product and Finance, and we need someone who can turn that data into clear, trustworthy decisions. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own analyses end to end, build durable reporting infrastructure, and help shape how the company measures its business. This person will work daily across our modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, and Hex) to answer high-impact questions and raise the analytical bar across the team.
