Process Automation Software Engineer - Contract 6-12 months initially

About this role

This is a full-time contract role for six to twelve months based in Peterborough where the engineer designs, develops, and maintains PLC-based automation control systems while collaborating with project teams and clients to deliver reliable and compliant solutions. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering degree or apprenticeship qualification and has at least four years of hands-on experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View SE platforms. A standout requirement is demonstrated experience working within ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, and ISO45001 quality and safety standards.
