About this role

The AI Trainer & Implementation Specialist role, based in Enugu, Nigeria, involves delivering standardized AI training programs and workshops that teach adults to use everyday AI tools for emails, reports, research, and video creation, while also supporting approved AI workflows for small business clients. The ideal candidate is a patient teacher and practical troubleshooter who is comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut, rather than an AI engineer, and who has strong spoken and written English. A standout requirement is that the trainer must follow strict AI safety, privacy, and human-review standards, alongside completing a Train-the-Trainer and certification process.
