Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic. Supervise staff, schedules, attendance and workplace conduct. Ensure excellent client service and smooth client flow. Manage clinic documentation, records, reports and administrative systems. Monitor stock, supplies and clinic equipment. Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene and operational standards.
