About this role

The Associate Renewals Manager at GitLab manages an assigned portfolio of SMB customer renewals, tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure through consultative customer conversations under the direction of senior renewals managers. The role suits an individual contributor who executes reliably within established frameworks and processes, with outputs reviewed by more senior team members rather than making strategic decisions independently. Applicants are expected to incorporate AI tools into their daily workflows, a standout requirement for this remote position based in Canada or the USA.
