About this role

The Full-Stack Developer role at Fluence International builds and maintains B2B web applications in React and Next.js for clinicians, researchers, and organizations working in psychedelic-assisted therapy and mental health, reporting to the Senior AI & Design Lead. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, security-minded engineer who can design secure authentication, role-based access, and privacy-aware data models, with AWS experience and documentation habits valued. A standout requirement is production experience with LLM or AI features, including guardrails, logging, and security considerations.
