Much of this work is in problem spaces we haven't mapped yet, so you will spend real time in discovery: talking with partners, testing ideas by building prototypes, and making the case for what to ship. You will set OKRs, build the roadmap, and lead a cross-functional squad of Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Architecture, working closely with Ibotta's Partnerships and Sales teams.
